The metroplex is a great place to find amazing studios and instructors. These are a few that I have been to or my patients have raved about.
Aaron Price is an amazing yoga instructor, as he not only teaches great asana (poses) but also sets the intention of each class based on the specific needs of the students present. He has great insight into yogic philosophy and makes it easy to understand and accessible for anyone.
I have practiced at The Mat various times and each time I have had the pleasure of learning from excellent instructors. The classes seem to fill up pretty quickly each time I have been there so show up early. It is worth it.
This is my most recent and cherished find. I had the great fortune to find this new studio in Plano. It is in a great location in Downtown Plano and the studio is perfect for practice. I have taken classes from Elizabeth Savetman so far and she has a great ability to make each class enjoyable and individually challenging. Through her I have learned that falling can be a good thing! It is great to practice in a place that is so personable.
Any suggestions?
These are just a few that I know of and I am eager to hear other’s experiences.
